ABOUT US
The mission and purpose of God's Tabernacle of Praise is to glorify God through the training of its members in praise and worship. To evangelize the community and the world through anointed preaching. To equip believers through the teaching ministry of the church thoroughly equipping them to do the work of the ministry in both the church and the community.
OUR VISION
It is the vision of this church to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ and bring men and women into the knowledge and saving Grace of our Lord. It is our intent to emphasize the importance of men and women being spiritually taught how to cope with this changing world.
OUR HISTORY
On the first Sunday of July, 1988 begin the first service for Gods Tabernacle of Praise with a total of eight people present. The first three services were held in the home of Pastor Woods. God moved them to Paul D West Middle School where they worshipped from 1988-1990...
OUR PASTOR
God gave the vision to Pastor Billy J Woods to step out in faith and begin Gods Tabernacle of Praise Baptist Church.
